Mystery (wants to be a lap kitty) the Cat needs a home
MYSTERY or MISTY is a sweet brown tabby, about 4 years old, with a large head and slightly exaggerated tassels at the tips of her ears, which gives her the look of a wild lynx or bob-cat. (We also think she may be related to the original Grumpy Cat! She sometimes has to remind us that "this IS my happy face"!) However, she's a very gentle, submissive and affectionate kitty hoping for a warm place to call home with a soft lap and loving hands.
She was found outdoors, looking really scruffy; with thinning hair & lots of tiny scabs from scratching at fleas and earmites - we think she must have been on her own, outdoors for quite some time. She had been adopted out thru our rescue group when she was a kitten, but we've not been able to find out how or when she ended up out on the streets, homeless and alone.
Thank goodness someone took pity on her, and took her to the SPCA where they scanned her for a micro-chip - that's how we got her back! She's now eating good food, sleeping on soft bedding, and recovering her health and beautiful fur coat - she's hoping for someone to let her be a beloved lap kitty again . . .
